Mediation.

Twining Law, PLLC offers affordable and effective mediation in personal injury disputes, aimed at delivering results. Not all cases settle at mediation, but a good mediator will work hard to untangle the complicated legal and personal issues of all parties involved in the case to achieve a reasonable compromise.

Mediation services are currently offered in two-hour and half-day remote sessions only. My mediation rates are $250 per party for a two-hour session, and $400 per party for a half-day session. Special accommodations can be made on request.
